This week has been a good week. As a mom to a teenage daughter, I'm truly enjoying watching her evolve into an adult. As this time seems to be going so fast, I'm savoring the little moments I get to share with her. Yesterday was the first track meet of the season. She ran in four events, completely wore herself out and her eyes just gleamed with joy. A truly beautiful thing to watch.
I'm itching to get out this weekend and get some pictures while the weather is good. Last weekend the weather was nasty so I stayed in. On a positive note, I was able to get some scrapping done.

I have a teenager too...she is 16 now! And you are so right, it is just amazing to watch them come into their own. Sometimes a little hard and sad to let go, but amazing none the less!
